Q: What can be done to decrease the scale of destruction (tsunami)in the future?

- inspection of abnormal animal activities
- establishment of emergency facilities at non-tsunami-prone region
- lower down population density in tsunami-prone area
- education and alarm system
- emergency measures by governemnt
- internation aims, medical and food supply
- insurance, recovery work after hazards
- close monitor after tsunami - there may be another tsunami soonly after
- using seismograph to monitor abnormal sea floor activities, inspection of underground water level
- to prevent the spread of disease, burning and burial of death soonly after the hazard
