help me check have any wrong at this paragraph?

I think English is very easy to learn as you only need to work hard to learn it. I am determined to learn English. It may be hard at the beginning, but this can be overcome by having more practice on writing, listening and reading. I work particularly hard for all public assessments in English.

I also love to speak with others in English. By doing this and the practices mentioned above will make learning English a success. I understand that English is very important to our future, so let's work hard together.

you have made a very good effort in expressing yourself, but....
there are quite a few grammatical mistakes, you may want to pay more attention to your sentence structure and the use of verb, noun etc....
for instance, your title you should read 'Please check for any mistakes in this paragraph'

i don't really think learning English is easy, and that goes for any language. you really need to be surrounded by this foreign language most of your time in order to learn effectively. if you can, make yourself to THINK in English, not in Cantonese, that way you will see faster improvements.
