Or a garden wedding? Indoor or outdoor? The most simple way is go to New Zealand's Department of Internal Affairs to get a marriage licence. Chose the date and place for your wedding. You can either get marry in the Registry Office or anywhere you like (eg, at church or in a park) with at least two witnesses and an authorised Marriage Celebrant.
