怎樣能防止反胃(作嘔作悶)?過於緊張??

如題, 是否有時候太過緊張也能導致反胃??或許壓力太大??

有什麼解決方法能防止反胃?

It is possible that vomitting resulted from anxiety or stress. Cognitive-behavioral therapy or medicine can be used to such causes. Clinician may help you to cope with such therapy, and medicine such as beta-blocker(propranolol) can be help to supress the body to activate beta adrenergria receptor to supressed such symptoms.
