沈詩鈞的曾祖父沈清江於1896年出生，是印尼安斑蘭中華總商會主席，1966年移居香港，成為香港珠江戲院、新中華國貨有限公司、泰新(遠東)有限公司、幸昌企業有限公司、福豐貿易公司、新盛企業等的創辦人，億萬家財，顯赫一時。

March Tian Boedihardjo (born c. 1998 in Hong Kong with family roots in Anxi, Fujian, China) is an Indonesian Chinese child prodigy. He finished his A-level exams in Britain at the age of nine, gaining A's in Mathematics and Further Mathematics and a B in Statistics. He also gained 8 GCSEs, which he sat at the same time as his A-levels. March was accepted at Hong Kong Baptist University, making him the youngest ever university student in Hong Kong.[2] The university will design a tailored 5-year curriculum programme for March. Upon successful completion, he will be conferred a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science as well as a Master of Philosophy in Mathematics upon successful completion.
March comes from a very talented family, for he has a brother, Horatio who enrolled at Oxford University at 13, after studying at Greene's Tutorial College, a institution primarily attended by 16-18 year olds in Oxford. The college specialises in one-to-one tution, making it possible for March to attain his A levels at such a young age. The Boedihardjo family does not have sufficient money to educate March at Oxford University.
On September 4, 2007, Boedihardjo found his first day in school boring since he learned the subject matter taught 2 years ago, and thus too easy. His classmates just listened in class and didn't interact with each other.
