direct object同indirect object

Direct object= 直接的客位/受語，
如：I bought a book. (bought買)是動詞
(買什麼?) 買本書 bought (a book) -----直接的客位/受語

Indirect object=間接的客位/受語
如：I cooked Dad the breakfast. (cooked 煮)是動詞，但在它後面的Dad,只是一個Indirect object, 因為 I did not cook Dad. I cooked the breakfast. 所以the breakfast 是Direct object, I cooked the breakfast 給Dad 吃，Dad 是Indirect object。

direct object 係直接受動詞個動作影響o既受詞。
如：Tom broke the glass.
被打爛o既杯，就直接受動詞 broke 影響o既受詞，因為佢因此爛左。

當有兩個受詞時，其實都係咁睇。如：
Tom sent me a new glass.
動作係 sent，被 sent o既唔係 me，係 a new glass（寄o既係杯，唔係我；我係收件人）。咁 a new glass 就係 direct object；me 就係 indirect object。如果咁寫就會清楚ｄ啦：
Tom sent a new glass to me.
