行車証和泊車証？

1. 行車証 - Government charge is required for the use of the public roads. It depends on your vehicle type and engine size etc. You want to check out Transport Department for the exact charge: http://www.td.gov.hk

2. 泊車証 - This is the permit issued by individual carpark (may be publicly or privately owned) for your rights to use their facilities.

3. 特別用途証 - Same as item 1 and they are managed by the Transport Department.
