Usually, Converse original runs about 25 to 30 in outlet plus tax if you find one. Amount depends on which state. I'm not outlet sure will have the leather one though.There are Nike outlet. They have pretty good selection.
It is better off you rent a car because most of the outlets do not have direct public transportation from the city

2nd, Converse is not very pop in the US, so price won't be too high
3rd, different states will have different tax rate, such as California is 8.25%
4th, I live in Los Angeles, this outlet will have Nike, Addiads and Converse, you can try this one, (next to the Domestic Airport)
