DVD subtitle extract

URGENT!!! Any one knows how to extract the subtitle of the DVDs into a word files or whatsever files so that it can become a passage? Thank you very much if you can help!

很複雜，要借助 OCR
因為字幕是內嵌在 vob file 內
而且格式是 bitmap
dvd 字幕元件一般稱為 subpicture, 圖檔是也
