CPU system CPU間中會去到100%,請問有冇解決方法

電腦定住畫面..，到工作管理員檢查是哪一個或多個程式導致 CPU Usage 100%：
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del --> Windows Task Manager --> Processes -->
then 檢查是哪一個或多個程式導致 CPU Usage 100% -->
if 某程式 ___.exe 的 CPU 達 50 而不需用，
請 Highlight the __.exe then press End Process --> Yes -->
then 電腦就不會定住啦！

PS. 不過我建議你先檢查 IE Browser 有否中毒：因最近 IE 7 常出現這問題 --
if the iexplore.exe 的 CPU 達 50 而出現一個或多個，屬不正常現象，
請 Highlight the iexplore.exe then press End Process --> Yes -->
then 一切回復正常！

解決方法：
1. 用以上方法 stop the task
2. check & scan the virus
3. 若掃毒無效，就要 re-install the windows 啦

你入 task manager 度睇吓係邊個 task 佔用, 再上 internet check 吓個 task 係做 d 咩, 有可能係中毒.
