You can take a taxi to Chinatown in Manhattan (Fix price, approx US$50 plus give the driver 5 to 7 dollars tips). Tell the driver to drop you off between Canal Street and Bayard Street. It is a 35 minutes ride.

You'll see a lot of tour bus in that area, ask some of the ticketing people or tour guides near the bus and you'll find which bus is going to Foxwood. The fare is very cheap. $15 round trip and they will give you a coupon of 25 to 35 back for you to play in the casino. They buses run 24 hours a day seven days a week.
