早上起身跑步會覺得肚痛。

本人今年22歲,早上八點左右就起身去跑步,出門之前會飲一杯牛奶頂肚,吾知點解,跑佐十幾分鍾後覺得肚開始痛~~跟住就會拉肚子哦`~請問點先至吾會拉肚子吖?THANGKS~

你要早上跑步就唔可以飲牛奶...因為你早上起身時空肚..胃酸會多d..但你飲埋牛奶..令胃酸加速左....而且牛奶係較難消化家.....你空肚去跑步嗎仲好

一朝早吾好喝牛奶,因為d酸好勁,喝溫水,,最好就食少少野,,休息一陣先好跑去,一開始要慢

我覺得你可能對奶有敏感,本人早餐飲完奶都會拉肚子。
