If it already UNLOCK of cause
it is free!!
if you have a laptop with built-in Wi-Fi(iPhone also)
you go to coffee shop or seven-11 places have Wi-Fi
you can go to internet.
if you only unlock the sim card,
the guy didn't unlock the Wi-Fi network
I don't think you can user the Safari(iPhone web browser)
