Of course, scarf has nothing to do with asthma. there are many different ways to trigger asthma, mostly because of allergy. As long as you are not allergic to the material of the scarf, you will be fine.

哮喘既人反而戴頸巾仲好係好凍既天氣, 因為儘量避免凍親及引起咳嗽.
