有沒有人知道英文touch wood點解.仲有咩英文Idiom(諺語)?

外國人經常會講Touch Wood,據講是因為以前的人認為樹內有保護神,以及木象徵十字架,可以帶來好運。所以每逢講完一些沾沾自喜的說話,都會講Touch Wood,以祈求「醜唔靈好靈」。在台灣苗栗縣的三義鄉,當地人同樣很喜歡Touch Wood,只是他們並非口講而是動手,皆因這正是台灣鼎鼎有名的木雕之鄉,作為旅客,一場來到當然亦要一齊認真地Touch Wood一番!
