打字problem

now i cannot type chinese by using 速成(the computer doesn't have this system) as i only have 倉頡,but i don't want to use 倉頡 as i don't know how to type 倉頡,so how can i type 速成?? Please help!!!

「新增」---「中文台灣-速成」

〔Language〕→ 〔Detail〕→〔Install Service〕→〔Add〕→
in〔Input Languange〕choose〔Chinese (Taiwan)〕
in〔Keyboard Layout/IME〕select QUICK

你要係控制台-->地區及語言選項--->語言--->詳細資料內,
係裡面就可以新增番速成輸入法,
但可能會要求你入番隻windows xp黎拎資料呀
