請幫幫忙譯成英文~

6) 咁我而家幫你登記好了, 請你係埋邊坐坐..等分流站叫你名, 幫你探熱, 度高, 磅重

1) Mr / Ms ... Have you made any appointment?
2) Please take a number here and then take a seat over there. Please wait for us to call your name for your turn
3) Ticket No. 123, please come to Window No. 1
4) May I have your appointment card, if you don't have it with you, please provide your ID card
5) Is that your appointment was made for Dr Chan at eleven o'clock
6) You haven't got any appointment, then I will now make one for you, and that is for tomorrow 2 p.m with Dr Chan, is that ok with you?
7) I have already finished your registration*, would you please take a seat over there, our staff in Triage Area then will call your name, help you to get your temperature, record your height and weight

* I think you better use "Your registration is completed" instead of "I have already finished your registration"... actually both are ok, but the first one is better on oral english... if you would like to stick to your direct translate one, that's ok too, that's really up to you.
