辭職怎開口呢?

我已經向呢間公司做左七年有多了,老闆對我都尚計可以,只係我覺得呢度公司已經沒有發展空間了,所以我搵左第二份工,今日仲Second In添呀,但係我驚我真的見成這份工,我同我宜家老闆講辭職,佢會反面呀!
請問有無D好的方法另大家可以好過D呀?

人望高處,並無甚麼問題,很正常。如果老闆因你離職而動怒,那只突顯他的小家和欠缺大將之風。其實他應檢討為何一個老資歷的員工要離職才是。講真,每個打工仔出來做事都係為兩餐,力爭上游,為自己前途和將來著想。一個員工能夠在一間公司做到退休,需要很多條件因素配合。所以我覺得你不妨直言,你找其他藉口反而會弄巧反拙,令雙方關係和氣氛更加尷尬。你要知道,你講得出時,他也聽得出的,除非你只求脫身,不去理會他最終的感受則作別論。

本人出來工作了二十五年,亦轉過七份工,但每次離職的原因都和你一樣。不過我每次都不會隱瞞離職的原因,因為我並非做了虧心事,只是公司無本事將我留下來吧了,那我當然要堂堂正正地離開公司。

你要辭職o既話,事實係冇人可以阻左止到你,
至於點開口,咪吹水同拒講幫屋企呀朋友呀做野law,
總之以唔傷害大家咁多年賓主關係為大前提,

大佬呀, 你係打工啫, 唔係賣身丫, 就算賣身, 只要湊夠銀兩都可以贖身丫. 你老闆同你既關係只係僱傭關係, 只有利益關係, 你要分得開公還公, 私還私, 你打工係為咩先? 如果你唔想轉, 就唔會搵工啦, 而且一間公司無話少左一個資深職員就停晒手個喎, 唔好咁高估自己, 佢都會明白到良禽擇木而棲既道理, 點會阻人發達丫, 如果你唔做足準備既話, 明明想過檔, 但又唔堅定, 俾佢講得兩講就打退堂鼓, 到時兩頭失架咋, 新公司固然好憎你啦, 而家個老闆既然知你有離心, 自然會提防你啦. 做人既野, 一就一, 二就二啦!

我對上一次辭職既時候,同老闆講係咁既:
我有個朋友o岩o岩開左間公司,好需要人幫佢管住成間公司。而且人工多過而家好多呀!我都知道你對我好好。所以我先同你商量呀!

我老闆因為比唔到咁多既錢同埋個職位唔可能同新工一樣,所以無奈地都要比我走!而且我老闆仲同我講,如果新工做得唔開心就返黎做啦!

不過你要唸下你而家做緊既公司,會唔會加你人工啦!如果佢加你人工之後,你仲會唔會考慮走呀!﹖你要唸好先喎!

你又無需太過擔心,如果老細好,都唔會阻你前程,老細唔好,你都無需顧慮,反面都冇計;做足通知期,交待清楚已足夠。

首先, 我估你係一位女士, 所以會有好多呢D情感上既考慮

出黎做一間公司, 正所謂 { 唔係冇左邊個唔得 }, 如果你一直好幫得手既, 佢留你係正常, 最後留唔到亦唔會反面, 老闆都會考慮到你會有更好既發展架嘛。

另外如果你要辭職的話, 理由通常都係得幾個, 例如家庭, 身體狀況, 讀書等等.. 只要個理由講得通就可以, 唔需要太花巧, 簡單直接同老闆講, 大家亦唔會有磨擦。

我係一個老闆, 亦希望可以同員工融洽坦誠。

I would recommend you strongly emphasize to your boss that you want to have a change of your work environment, learn new things that can widen your horizon. Stress that you have been very loyalty with the company, etc....... Lastly, say that you recognize the training and contribution given by the company over the years and appreicate what u've learnt! (it sounds very common but this is the kind of conversations because both parties know this is a fact that the employee has to leave.)

Firstly, even if he 反面, so what? you get a new job and have new career development. It is most important for you have a career development.

Secondly, I think most boss know if an employee CAN spend 7 yrs in a company, they may want to have new development especially for young person (assuming u are quite young).

Thirdly, the employer feel you are very strange if you stick in an environment without any development. They doubt if u have the ability to learn new things and work in a challenging environment.

Afterall, TOO STABLE is not seen as a good sign.
