My friend will come to HK and stay one night, want to book the hotel, better cheaper and near Tsuen wan. Thanks!

荃灣如心廣場酒店$680 一晚,Panda hotel $780一晚.

You can consider "Panda Hotel" in Tsuen Wan. Around HK$500-600 per night. Besides, Gold Coast Hotel in Tuen Mun is also a good choice, because they have shuttle bus service for the room guest from hotel to Tsuen Wan AND Tsim Sha Tsui.
