You can try http://www.boots.com to confirm the price. Usually, there are 2 for 1 offers or buy one get one free in Supermarket or Boots.From my experience, I suggest to buy:

Battery are usually expensive in UK. 京都念慈菴川貝枇杷膏 from China Town can be expensive. Besides, they are not too heavy to carry from HK.
