你用得呢兩個台，即是你想用3G對不對？為何不考慮一下和記3呢？
根據個人經驗，現時接收最快最好的是和記3G喔！
用Smartone的人比較少，而PCCW亦較新！
建議你用和記3吧

If you wanna compare the WiFi coverage, surely PCCW would be better as it has >3000 WiFi spots; if you wanna compare the HSDPA (3.5G) network, PCCW can provide 7.2Mbps while Smartone can only provide maximum 3.6Mbps.
If you wanna compare the price, I can tell you that the price you mentioned above is NOT the lowest. I have friends working in different mobile operators in HK including Smartone and PCCW mobile. You can leave me your contact if you are interested in comparing other internal offers as well. As I remember, the handset price of O2 Xda Atom Life can be as low as $3280 in PCCW.
