About contact lens cleaner

Why some contact lens cleaners contain protease?
Protease can break down protein but how can this prevent eyes infections??
or eyes infections are not related to protein?
And any body can give me the detail about how different kinds of cleaners work?

人的眼會有很多分泌物依附在隱形眼鏡上, 另外隱形眼鏡會與空氣接觸, 當然有可能會有細菌.

分泌物和細菌都含有蛋白質, cleaners 的 protease 就是用來break down 這些細菌的呀. 沒有了細菌, 垃圾, 當然少了機會引致眼睛發炎.

其實未有幾合一之前的隱形眼鏡孳水時, 普通的cleaner只是好似洗潔精一樣, 把隱形眼鏡上的油脂洗去, 每個星期要特別浸一次去蛋白的藥, 那藥才是protease.
