If your problem is serious, it is more of a hormone issue, topical/washing things won't cure it. Go see a dermatologist (a real registered doctor, not beautician!), don't waste your time and money trying different things that other people say. Time is more important cause you don't want to wait until your skin has permanent scars to see a doctor.

If your problem is only occasional and you just want preventative care (to clear black heads), try "Paula's Choice" BHA products (e.g. 1% BHA lotion is USD16, so HKD125 + Shipping. You can mail order from their Singapore office so that shipping is cheaper than shipping from USA ). I used to be a Shiseido fan for over 15 years but totally changed to Paula's choice last year as her BHA product totally cleared my black heads -- because BHA can get into your pores and melt the oil (the black or white heads) away, and also because it's cheaper than Shiseido! Two things to note:

(1) BHA is a weak (fruit) acid, some people with sensitive skin may not be able to use it.
(2) You MUST use good UVA AND UVB sunscreen when using BHA, read Paula's Choice's information in my reference.
