有3個可能:1. 未滿18歲
2. 你所登記的電郵地址被人登記
3.你所選擇的登入名稱已被人用了 (最大可能系呢個, 因為我都試過, 個系統好白痴, 唔會話你知個logon name已經有人用緊)
