u can see in rune hq and u can ask for training

Go to the slayer master that gives slayer assignments that best suits your combat lvl.

Then when it gets a little higher do, some of the quests that give slayer exp.

You either can do some quests that rewards you with Slayer Exp, or you can Slay some creatures. Runescape help can help alot too! It is on the left side panel.
