Let x be the smallest integer, then the other 2 are x + 2 and x + 4 respectively.

Then,

x + ( x + 2 ) + ( x + 4 ) > 87

3x + 6 > 87

3x > 81

x > 27

Hence the least possible integers of x is 29, and the other two numbers are 31 and 33 respectively.

Let x be the smallest integer,
then the three consecutive odd intergers are x, x+2, x+4

x+x+2+x+4 > 87
3x+6>87
3x>81
x>27

Therefore, the least possible integer is 29
