the lengths of the sides of a right-angled triangle are 5cm,(x+7)cm and(x+8)cm respectively.Find the length of the longest sides.

有冇學過Pythagoras Thm?
5既2次 + (x+7)既2次 = (x+8)既2次
25 + x既2次 + 14x+ 49 = x既2次 + 16x +64
10 = 2x
x = 5
Longest side = (x+8)=5+8 = 13
