you should see close to 100 Meg if this is your download speed

Oh sorry, I mis-interpreted your question; your internet speed is not 100Mbps. 100Mbps is your ethernet connection to your home network. For most desktops, the ethernet connection is either 10Mbps or 100 Mbps. Thats why the NIC card is 10/100Mbps.

Your internet speed depends on what you signed up with the Internet Service Provider (ISP). If ADSL, it could be 3M, 6M etc; if VDSL, it could be up to 25M; if cable, it could be up to 100M. I am not sure what they (ISP) offer in Hong Kong
