如何翻譯成英文判詞?THX

The court has put the case in this way: Expecially the reason(s) for the conviction I have mentioned last time in the court... Hence the court denies the appeal concerning the conviction.

其實這段的判詞的開頭幾句意思不明確「法庭將呢件案件，特別係上次我喺法庭講出嚟判罪個理由，定罪個理由，簡單嚟講，.....」，這幾句連起來怪怪的，所以造成開頭的翻譯有困難。(我猜這是一段摘自口語說話的筆錄吧！所以才會有這問題，因為說話是邊想邊說，有別於寫文章)

可以的話麻煩可否再說清楚一點？因為都希望自己/網友可以譯得好一點，以免造成不必要的誤會。
