I plan to leaving job here on 1 Sept 2007. 是否有錯? 不是在 to 之後之一定要用現在式嗎? 請各位賜教! 謝謝 !

Should be:
I plan to quit the job on 1 Sept 2007.

應該是:

I am resigning on the 1st of September 2007.

Wrong!!

I think the right one is : I plan to leave job here on 1 Sept 2007.

OR

you can write : I plan to resign from my job here on 1 Sept 2007.
