玩具行業的Standard Product information Bureau ASTM 963 同 EN71

EN71是歐洲標準

Part 1 係 physical and mechanical tests, 例如會做一d drop test, tension test, compression test, torque test 等等去test下d玩具, 其實呢d test都係模擬緊小朋友玩玩具時的情況, 如果比三歲以下小朋友玩0既玩具係絕對唔可以有small parts 0既出現, 避免小朋友會吞落肚而窒息, 比三歲以下小朋友玩0既玩具係比較嚴格

Part 2 係易燃性測試

Part 3 係有毒元素測試, 針對八種toxic elements 進行測試 ( Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury & Selenium )

ASTM 963 是美國的標準

一d毛公仔裡面有填充物如綿花,豆豆...等都要做呢個tests

Heavy Metals Test
同 EN71 Part 3 主要0既分別係 ASTM 淨係針對 coatings, 即係淨係玩具上0既coatings先要做呢個tests , 但 EN71就唔係, 冇coatings0既膠都要做
