Buying a new car from dealer

I need some advice for buying a new car directly from a dealer. The car I have in mind is BMW 323i coupe. Listed price is $417K. My questions are:
1. Is there any room for negotation on price? If so, how much is a reasonable discount for this car?
2. Is it a general pratice in the HK market to ask for some options to be added free of charge?
3. In addition to insurance, are there any other hidden charges?
4. With 20% NCB, how much do I need to pay for full comprehensive insurance?

1, There's not much room for negotiation on the price when you buy a new car in Hong Kong, unless the car has been sitting on the lot for a while and there's a model change on the car soon. Given that the car you have in mind is a E92 323i coupe, which is relatively new in its product cycle, I am afraid the price is going to be stiff.
2, You may ask the salesman to throw in a set of floor mat for you free of charge, or a souvenir like a 1:24 model car or a key chain, but that's about it. The strategy of BMW HK is to set the price low for lower models in the series, and make the buyers pay for the extra options/goodies they want when they customize the car.
3, I won't consider insurance as a hidden charge, as that's mandatory expense. You may consider the annual registration fee and the parking expense.
4, Depends on how old you are and how many years of driving experience you have accumulate. My "guesstimate" is around $1800~2400/month for this car.
