如果,
我的朋友話,佢在內地曾經注冊結婚(佢來香港儘幾年,未到定居香港在內地已經結婚),之後女方自己單方申請離婚了,但佢就沒有拿回離婚証書.
但佢現在的身份証(申請智能身份証時填寫個人資料寫已婚)的資料是已婚的.如何變更得了.
現在,佢認識一位新朋友,想注冊結婚,
應該怎麼辦呢.佢同佢前妻不是在佢家鄉戶口所在地注冊的,而系在女方戶口所在地注冊,佢話女方地方好落後,佢地反了面離婚,佢系唔夠膽再去女方地方辦理事宜既.
有什麼辦法証明佢系單身,且可以注冊結婚呢?
(佢既情況會否有如此可能,是否真實,拿不到離婚証書)

in normal situation, of course you shoudl ask your friend to get back the divoce certficate in order to make clear his identity. after that, he could get registar in hk for another marriage. Otherwise, if anyone found out his status is duplicate, he could end up verifying himself in court. No matter what, he has to face that if he wants to start it again, otherwise, no one could garantee he won't get sued
