Who are they?

Before the fashion show ,there must be some staff in the backstage,especially some staff are helping the models to dress up or what,who are they?How can i get the job like them?Do they get a high pay?

They are dressers, most likely, the model agency wl hire these dressers fm the students who study fashion / merchandising field in Poly U. the pay is quite good, i remembered that approx HKD 500.00 per day. i 'd been a dresser when i was a student 10 years ago. hope it helps.
