It was a totally bad experience and it made me extremely upset/angry/furious. I will definitely not patronise this person/shop/agent/airline...in the future. In fact, I even had to fork out my own transportation cost.
OR
I am extremely furious over the whole process/treatment/experience so much so I will definitely not use this person anymore. In fact, I had lost out on my transportation cost as well!
