if B is talking to the dealer for same saying, then the meaning is entirely different and should be regarded as:Me too! or Double count please, one for him, one for me.

IN a bar, A & B sit together, A orders a bottle of beer, B talk to the bar tender and says, "Make it a double." Then the above explanation is applied.
