The most common brands in HK are: HP, Canon, and Brother. I believe HP is the best among all brands, but if you have Canon cameras maybe it's better to buy Canon printer as the files can be printed directly through PicBridge. The most bad thing I found with Canon printers is their ink cartridges are design with cotton inside. The cotton itself fills space so you have less ink when you buy an ink cartridge, which is also the reason why HP ink cartridges last longer than Canon's ones (and also more expensive). You should select the model which is best for you by considering the functions, for example, on some newer models they may offer LCD touch screens and card readers which are not necessary for normal users. If you don't need these functions, then you can buy a cheaper model with acceptable print quality.
