oxidation...because C 由 0 to +4,ON increase,so係oxidation..
2PbCO3 + [C] -----> 2Pb + 3CO2
+2+4-2 [0] 0 [+4]-2

The oxidation number of C in CO2 in the right hand side = +4
As the oxidation number of C increases from 0 to +4, so it is oxidized and oxidation is carried out on C.
