Let Q be (0,y).[y-(-1)]/[0-(-4)] = [3-(-1)]/[2-(-4)]
(y+1)/4 = 4/6
y+1 = 8/3
y = 5/3
Hence, Q is (0,5/3).

slope of ST=(-1-3)/(-4-2)
=2/3
equation of the line ST is:
(y+1)/(x+4)=2/3
3y+3 =2x+8
y=(2/3)x+(5/3)
So Q(0,5/3)
=2/3
equation of the line ST is:
(y+1)/(x+4)=2/3
3y+3 =2x+8
y=(2/3)x+(5/3)
So Q(0,5/3)
