股票就好似一件限量的商品，如果發行的公司沒有進行注資或配股的行動的話，原則上市場就只有一個數量作自由買賣。投資者會考慮該公司的背境、業積、未來動向及市場因素來决定是否購入該公司股票。

股要可透過以下途經買入
(1) 直接經發行金融機構購入即將上市掛牌公司
(2) 向銀行申請資投戶口，以你手上的現金進行買賣
(3) 向股票行申請資投戶口，以結算形式進行買賣
