緊急!台灣簽證?(不是香港出生,未去過台灣)

In my experience, no exprss visa (快証), especially born in china people. But you try to ask the staff and may be 2 weeks can get the visa at special reason.
But after you get the visa this time. Next time, you can through internet to apply or arrive visa also ok. and just need a few minutes.
