1) Payment date: Strictly 100 days from Tax Date
(Tax date is the date of your invoice)

2) Please be adviced that our payment terms are strictly 100 days from date of invoice.

3) Payment: NETT 100 days from date of invoice.

Note: 有禮又簡單, above samples are clear and short enough. Generally when you have given 100 days terms you are polite enough, you do not have to be more polite, people will think you are a big softie, and delay your payment.
