is it possible to attain happiness by pursuing it? give example?

You can do anything if you believe you can. (or vice versa)

let's face the truth..
is it possible for everybody to pursue their happiness? don't you ever hear that one's happiness may kill the other one's happiness.
so happiness should be in present. or.. to pursue happiness, you have to be happy first.

Love. it's a beginning. A justifiable means to an end. Happiness, that triumphant feeling, that only comes from within. But you'll never make the grade, and you'll never, ever reach that plateau, you'll never know, and that's why your soul will forever glow, and it's not that ray of sunshine that feels so warm, it's just a bottomless inferno! You're in the depths of hell, and I think that's swell, and I hope you get well...Well done, fried in and out, burned to a crisp, that's my wish. I didn't write these rules, I just follow 'em, to a tee, that's me, I'm evil, I'm hateful, I'm sinful, forgetful, mistrustful, I'm diseased and contageous, a suicide, homocide, genocide, pesticide- I'm a human bomb, I'll kill anyone, so don't be coy, cause you too can destroy me, like a toy, not like Marc Bowen, no, he never done nothin' to noone that didn't deserve it!

Let's say a genie granted you a wish, and you wished for a great achievement without any work. Would that really be satisfying? Would that really make you happy? The journey is what makes something worthwhile. The hard work you put into something paying off is what makes you happy. So, without the pursuit of happiness, would there really be happiness in the first place?

The pursuit is the essence of happiness.
