The answer is
C. It is an arithmetic sequence wth first term 14 and common difference 3.

Sub. n=0,
14+3n=14 <== first term
Sub. n=1
14+3n=17 <== Second term
Sub. n=2
14+3n=20 <== Third term
Second term - first term = 17-14 = 3
Third term - Second term = 20-17 = 3
Therefore, the first term is 14 and the common difference is 3.
