I am going to Taipei soon. Where is the best place to 唱新臺幣?

Please help. Many thanks.

I will be arriving late around 10pm in Taipei airport. Probably the exhcanges will be closed.... Any other option? Please advise. Thanks.

去到台灣中正機場到換
係換得取高既
大部份香港人都係果面換既

最佳的地點是抵後在領取行理大堂兌換，兌換價是最高的。
