不等同，蔗渣板係用一些密度低的廢木打碎後，加入膠水或木膠粉，再成型壓出來，本身較輕和鬆散。纖維板本身好重，也是壓出來，但用的物料密度很高，除了有木外還加入其他物料作填充劑，所以結構堅硬，高級的傢俬常會使用。

In theory they are similar stuff, i.e. made from the small pieces of the wood. However, 蔗渣板 is made from larger pieces of wood, easier to get broke and rough on the surface. 纖維板 is finer and better for use in furniture.
