Which one is better in terms of food variety and food quailty???(lunch buffet)

I'd dinner in both two restaurants, I prefer Todai's as the taste quite good and the food was variety. 帝京酒店花月庭, the food seems not too fresh and not much to choice. I have no ideas about their lunch buffet.

My family had dinner buffet in Todai last week. There are quite a wide variety of food but do not expect too much about the quality of food.
