被告人家屬可否自行到警局提取 調查資料? 同埋邊個刑事律師好?

當每位律師去協助他們的 client 時，他們所訂立的每一項收費可以是各有不同的，通常是會視乎案件的複雜程度而定。當然，你要選擇去找一些有名氣的律師(例如：清洪)去代表被告人，他們的收費一定是貴，你話值唔值得，就見仁見智吧！
而且，據我所知，有部份律師幫他們的 client 做文件寫書信時，他們是會逐頁、甚至會逐個字去釐定收費的。所以，你話某某律師幫你寫信去律政署，要收費 HK$30,000.00 並不出為奇的。若果你認為該位律師的收費過高，處理案件手法是有問題的，你是有權去找另一位代表律師的。由於現階段你仍未決定是否由律師代表被告人出庭聆訊，所以你是可以在未到出庭日或之前先作諮詢，問清楚各項的收費內容，然後再作決定找一位適合自己的律師，代表被告人出庭聆訊。
至於你想問家屬可唔可以直接向警方攞調查文件？據我所知，在一般情況之下，家屬是不可以直接向警方攞調查文件的。所以，我建議你可以先諮詢律師的法律意見後，然後再作決定吧！既然梁永鏗律師研究過案情之後，都話得比你聽，暫時唔需要咁快去寫信嘅，咁你姑且參考佢嘅意見吧。(因為每一宗刑事案裡，只要仍未有上庭聆訊的，律政署和警方方面仍然會繼續工作，隨時會 update 新資料，以便在庭上提出新証據或証供的。所以，當第一次上庭聆訊時，控方需要在庭上提出新証據或証供的，法官並不會要求被告人即時作出答辯的。)
