I don't know about 尖沙咀, 紅磡 / 屯門區but there are three shops in causeway bay (sorry that I don't know their exact address)..I just remember one of them is called "ABC records"
There's 1 in Sai Kung too
Address: Shop 6, G/F, Block 1, Sai Kung Garden, Chan MAn Street, Sai Kung.

通常d sell碟ga店都會收二手影碟,,,cd就建議你係網上拍賣左佢

屯門的置樂"利寶"商場...那裡都有得賣2手cd, 書等.
