用present tense便可以.

“If” is often used in these Conditional Clauses.
Simple Past tense is used to show that things are unlikely to happen.

1. 若果當初認識你時, 知道你是个說是 非的人, 我當初就不会跟你做朋友.
If I recognized you were a nosy person when we first met, I would not make friend with you.

2. 若你當初說清楚你的要求, 我當時就不會答應幫助你.
If you stated clearly your request in first instant, I would not offer my help to you.

你的兩句都可以用”假設法過去完成式”Subjunctive Past Perfect”
第一句可以這樣：
　If I had initially known that you spoke ill of others, I would not make friend with you .
或者　If I had initiallly known that you were a gossip, I would not make friend with you.
而第二句可以這樣寫：
　If you had clearly stated your requirement(s), I should not have promised to help you.

1.若果當初認識你時, 知道你是個說是非的人, 我當初就不會跟你做朋友.
If I knew you are the person who always say gossip things when I knew you. I would not be your friend.

2.若你當初說清楚你的要求, 我當時就不會答應幫助你.
If you initially stated clearly your request, i could not comply to help you at that time.

1. if i know that you are XXX , i will not do firend with you .
2. if you u speak clean what do you want , i will not help you .
